The RESILIENCE Award is presented to a senior who has overcome the obstacles life has placed in their way. This learner is flexible when necessary and makes no excuses. They have a tenacity that inspires others to be their very best.
The EVOLUTION Award is presented to a senior who has grown during their time at Future. This learner looks to develop themselves and recognizes that change is to be embraced, not feared. They are able to make progress toward being their best self and encourage others to do the same.
